We woke to another beautiful, very cold morning. How about -20 as the sun comes up? There was no breeze, just cold snow as far as eye can see.Today is about getting ready for our family gathering tomorrow. I am going to make the potatoes and will do them in the crock pot. Those are my favorite so I get to bring them. As the "grandma", I get to have things "my way". I also will make a couple salads.
It is going to be a good day and we should see a high of almost 0. There is no sense being upset about the weather. We are warm, happy, healthy and where we are supposed to be. That is a lot of good stuff for which I give thanks!
Are you sure there is no sense in being upset about the weather??? More high winds today??? Can't this weather pattern just go away for a while?? OK, enough whining, have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family.
