Woo Hoo!!! The Montana State Bobcats beat the Griz from the University of Montana. And - the game was played in Missoula - and it was very cold there as well!
It is still cold here now - below zero with the wind chill and near zero actual temperature. It is going to get colder for the next few days. The first picture is out the back patio door about mid day today and the second one is out the kitchen door. You can't really see the wind blowing, but it was. It snowed off and on all day, but most of it blew into the next county or maybe to Idaho.
We had some folks in for the game and it was fun to share in the win. I made a little buffet of good stuff that you could make our own nachos with or just pick and eat whatever parts you wanted. It worked perfectly as some just wanted to pick and some wanted something more substantial. The meat and bean mixture was in a crock pot so it was hot as was another crock pot with a nacho type cheese. There was shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, chips, sour cream, guacamole, olives . . . the works. It was really easy and I got to watch the game with everyone else while we all ate and cheered
