Where do the days go? I turn around and a week has past. Here is a quick summary of some of the highlights from last week and some pictures of the table topper that I finished - except for the binding and that is coming.
Monday - most of the day in the studio
Tuesday - went to Missoula for Christmas lunch with Mom. She is heading Phoenix to spend Christmas with my sister.
Wednesday - serious house cleaning to get us back on our "house duty" schedule which we have ignored for too long.
Thursday - recycled mitten making workshop - several friends came and we made the recycled wool mittens from sweaters.
Friday - getting Christmas shopping done and then to the basketball game - great day!
Saturday - sewing with a friend . . . she finished more mittens and I finished the table topper finally
Sunday - breakfast out with friends and then to an art group Christmas gathering.
The pictures are of the table topper I started using Ronda Beyer's digital design, Behemian Tulip. You can see the beginning here in this post. I then had a great time doing lots of freehand fill.
Beautiful, beautiful Carol--have a great winter and try to get in some Arizona time!
